1 - identifying the composition of the order, and if simpler - the formation of a technical task: here we talk about the appearance of the door block, consider prototypes and form a document that gives the customer an idea of ​​how the door will look (drawing or visualization), we get floor plans and we talk in detail about the number of products, construction features (for example, are “shoulders” sufficient to install a block of a given appearance, etc.) 2 - production of a commercial proposal - here, on the basis of the approved technical specifications, a detailed proposal is formed for the customer indicating the nomenclature, finishes, accessories, installation costs 3 - execution of the transaction - for the conclusion of the contract, an advance payment of 40-70% is required (depending on the construction readiness of the facility) 4 - measurement, coordination of the dimensions of the apertures - at this stage, the designer visits the object, checks the compliance of the completed construction work with the approved appearance of the door blocks and signs a form for coordinating the apertures with the foreman, in case of discrepancies, a task for adjusting the doorways is also issued 5 - preparation of the model and drawings for agreement with the customer - at this stage, the SV group design bureau produces 3D Solid models and a set of drawings for each product 6 - direct approval - here all models are presented to the customer, the nuances for each product are described in detail and in the final, in fact, drawings are signed 7 - production - at this stage a complete set of design and technological documentation for the order is made and all products are manufactured 8 - installation - delivery and installation of door blocks at the facility; we carry out this stage after the completion of all "wet" work by construction crews; as they say "doors are the first furniture" 9 - acceptance of products by the customer and settlement - and voila: satisfied customer - satisfied we☺
